Motivational quote for the day

Motivational quotes for the day

“You are now at a crossroads. This is your opportunity to make the most important decision you will ever make. Forget your past. Who are you now? Who have you decided you really are now? Don't think about who you have been. Who are you now? Who have you decided to become? Make this decision consciously. Make it carefully. Make it powerfully.”

“I believe life is constantly testing us for our level of commitment, and life's greatest rewards are reserved for those who demonstrate a never-ending commitment to act until they achieve. This level of resolve can move mountains, but it must be constant and consistent. As simplistic as this may sound, it is still the common denominator separating those who live their dreams from those who live in regret.”
~ Anthony Robbins

Responsibility

BE AN OWNER, NOT A BLAMER

Owners take full responsibility for all their actions and even their emotional responses. Blamers shift the responsibility on to others - either people or things. Owners get to know themselves because they are in contact with their own inner workings. Blamers never get to know themselves because they live in a world of denial, and unreal world.

Often the difference between being an owner and a blamer can be recognized in our language patterns. An owner uses the phrase, 'I've decided to... '; a blamer the phrase 'I have to...'. Learn to take responsibility for who you are.

Motivational quotes for the day

You can't fly a kite unless you go against the wind and have a weight to keep it from turning a somersault. The same with man. No man will succeed unless he is ready to face and overcome difficulties and is prepared to assume responsibilities.
William J.H. Boetcker

If I were asked to give what I consider the single most useful bit of advice for all humanity, it would be this: Expect trouble as an inevitable part of life, and when it comes, hold your head high. Look it squarely in the eye, and say, "I will be bigger than you. You cannot defeat me.
Ann Landers

Motivational quote for the day

“Bad day or bad attitude? People always blame their attitude on the day. I’m having a bad day is baloney. What your really saying is: I’ve let other people get to my attitude, I’ve let other circumstances get to my attitude. That’s not only unjustifiable, it’s a sign of mental weakness. If you tell yourself you’re having a bad day, I promise you will have one, and if you tell yourself you’re having a great day, I promise you will have one. The day is not bad unless you name it bad.”
